How do I send a pipette back to Pipette.com that was recently calibrated?

Here at Pipette.com, we have a 90-day calibration warranty and 1-year warranty of replacement parts. If we have recently serviced one of your pipettes, and you’re having issues with that instrument, CALL (800-243-3232) or EMAIL (email@example.com) us immediately.
If you can visually see a problem, please take a picture with the camera on your cellphone and email that to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Process for sending in a pipette under Calibration Warranty
Call or email us (800-243-3232 or email@example.com) and fully explain the issue you’re having. Please be as specific as possible regarding the issue.
After communicating with one of our representatives, we will provide a FedEx shipping label for you to send back your pipette along with the pipette tips you’re currently using with this pipette.
Once we receive your pipette, we will assess the issue you described and contact you immediately with our findings. If the issue described cannot be reproduced by our calibration lab, you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to and from your facility ($22).
