What is your Warranty Policy on Pipette Calibration and Refurbished Pipettes?

There is a 90-day calibration warranty & 1 year warranty on replacement parts. Problems that arise due to customer misuse/mishandling are not covered by the warranty. The warranty is also voided if pipettes are sent to an outside calibration company for service.
